This is a blog to showcase vegan food in my home town of Sydney, with the occasional excursion away. One of my favourite things to do on the weekend is to pore over my cookbooks to pick out recipes to modify and veganise. I also love going out to the myriads of restaurants nearby, whether it’s for a special meal or to duck into before a movie or play. Put simply, I love food and hope you will be a little inspired by what can be found in my city.

Afternoon tea tastes so much more divine if served up with pretty accessories. Not that these grape fritters needed much adornment – these turned out much more flavourful than I expected. I topped these with fine sugar to add a little more sweetness.
